Refund Policy: Bronston Canadian Academy does not issue refunds. Within hours of registration, our administrative team begins the enrollment process — verifying details, provisioning Canvas accounts, and preparing course materials. These costs are incurred immediately, so the enrollment work is completed even if the student chooses not to begin the course.

Course Transfer Policy: Course transfers are possible in certain circumstances. To find out whether you qualify, please contact our admissions team at info@bronston.ca.

Student Enrollment Policy: Once registered, students may begin their course or courses within 48 hours and progress entirely at their own pace. Each course must be completed within 12 months of the enrollment date; incomplete enrollments are cancelled automatically after that period.
