The Grade 7 Arts program encourages students to develop creativity and artistic expression through visual arts, music, drama, and dance. Students explore artistic techniques while expressing ideas and perspectives through creative work.

Unit 1: Visual Arts

Students explore artistic techniques including drawing, painting, sculpture, and mixed media while developing understanding of artistic elements and design principles.

Unit 2: Music

Students strengthen musical skills through rhythm, melody, listening, and performance activities.

Unit 3: Drama

Students explore storytelling, improvisation, and dramatic performance while developing character and expression.

Unit 4: Dance

Students use movement to communicate ideas and respond creatively to music.
